Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
How do I use my tracking number?
You can track your order in two ways:
- Click the tracking link provided directly in your shipping confirmation email.
- Visit 17track.net and enter your tracking number manually. This tool supports most European carriers.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:
- France & Germany: 7–9 business days
- Italy, Spain & Austria: 10–12 business days
- Other EU countries: 7–12 business days
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. During public holidays or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Common Tracking Questions
My tracking shows no updates. What does this mean?
It is normal for tracking to pause for 1–3 days while a parcel moves between logistics hubs, particularly for cross-border deliveries within Europe. If there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
The tracking status says "Delivered" but I have not received my parcel.
Please first check with other members of your household and look for any delivery notice left by the courier. Parcels are sometimes left at a neighbour's address or a local pick-up point. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at support@vovaloopshop.com with your order number.
I did not receive a tracking email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at support@vovaloopshop.com with your order number and we will resend your tracking information.
