Shipping Questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by country. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France & Germany: 7–9 business days
- Italy, Spain & Austria: 10–12 business days
- Other European countries: please allow up to 14 business days
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as public holidays or promotional events, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. All orders delivered to European addresses include free standard shipping. No minimum order value is required.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number directly on the courier's website to follow your delivery. Alternatively, 17track.net supports most European carriers and is a convenient option for tracking your parcel in one place.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@vovaloopshop.com and we will do our best to assist.
Returns and Refunds
What is the return policy?
You may return any item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and free from signs of use. This policy is in line with standard European consumer rights.
To start a return, please contact us at support@vovaloopshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
- If the item arrived with a defect or we made an error with your order, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns, such as a change of preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Order cancellations are accepted before the item has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@vovaloopshop.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return it after delivery.
Delivery Issues
What should I do if my parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend first checking your tracking number for the latest update. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@vovaloopshop.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
What should I do if my item arrived damaged?
We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vovaloopshop.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your case and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
What if I received the wrong item?
If the item you received does not match your order, please contact us at support@vovaloopshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Are Vovaloop lounge chairs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our lounge chairs are designed to be used both indoors and outdoors. They are suitable for patios, terraces, balconies, gardens, and poolside areas, as well as living rooms and reading corners. The materials are selected for durability and ease of maintenance in everyday conditions.
Do the lounge chairs require assembly?
Assembly requirements vary by model. Some chairs arrive fully assembled, while others require minimal setup. Full assembly instructions are included with each product. You can also find guides on our Assembly Guides page.
How do I care for and maintain my lounge chair?
Most of our lounge chairs require very little maintenance. For general cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning products. For detailed care advice specific to your chair, please visit our Care and Maintenance Tips page.
What sizes are available?

Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit and debit card. For a full overview, please visit our Payment Methods page.
Is it safe to shop on Vovaloop?
Yes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store any payment card details directly on our platform.
