What assembly instructions come with my lounge chair?

Every Vovaloop lounge chair includes a printed assembly manual with step-by-step instructions and diagrams. Please keep this manual until assembly is complete.

In addition, a video assembly guide is sent by email after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Do any models come pre-assembled?

Some models in our range are fully assembled or require only minimal setup. This is noted on the individual product page. If you are unsure about a specific model, please contact us before purchasing.

Assembly Tips

How should I prepare before starting assembly?

Assemble on a flat, clean surface with enough space to lay out all parts.
Check that all components and fixings are present before you begin.
Read through the full manual once before starting.
Most models can be assembled with basic household tools.

What should I do during assembly?

Follow the steps in the order shown in the manual.
Do not fully tighten screws until all parts are correctly aligned.
Apply gentle pressure when fitting components — do not force parts into place.
If a step does not seem right, review the previous step before continuing.

What should I do if I have difficulty assembling my chair?

First, check the video guide sent to your email after dispatch, as it covers the most common assembly steps. If you still need assistance, contact us at support@vovaloopshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if helpful. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days.

What if a part is missing or damaged?

If any components are missing or arrived damaged, please contact us at support@vovaloopshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the affected parts so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
